Orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive in 3–6 business days. You'll receive your tracking number the moment your package leaves our facility.
We charge a flat $26 to anywhere in the United States — no matter the weight or size of your order. Since pigeon supplements, electrolytes, and bath salts aren't light, this works strongly in your favor when you're stocking up for the season. One bottle or twenty, the shipping stays the same.
All USA orders ship via DHL Express with full door-to-door tracking. DHL handles the customs paperwork, so your products move quickly and arrive in the same condition we packed them.
For most personal orders, duties are minimal or none. If U.S. customs does assess any fees on higher-value shipments, those are the customer's responsibility and paid directly to DHL upon delivery. We declare every package accurately to keep the process smooth.
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your DHL Express tracking number. You can follow it in real time on dhl.com or through the link in your order confirmation. Most racers tell us they like watching it cross continents in 3 days.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Just email us at damakwellness@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the affected products. We'll either ship replacements at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. We stand behind every product that leaves our shelves.
